Hi Stampers, yeah I’m finally back, flu, computer virus, and a beautiful Sunday of Gardening with my family kept me from posting….but today we are back to business and I’m playing the Mojo Monday Challenge with something old and something new!. Something old, the WORD PLAY stamp set, something new, the WORLD SPECTACULAR DESIGNER PAPER…whoo hoo, this was one of the items I received as a Pillow Gift at Disney, and it ROCKS!.
I’m a Huge fan of air balloons and have been up in them many times, combine that with the beautiful vintage feel of this new suite, and it’s a winner for sure…(wait till you see the stamp set(s) that go with it)…..oh, I’m such a tease, haha….
Card Recipe:
Word Play Stamp Set
Markers, Cherry Cobbler, Island Indigo and Soft Suede to color and stamp the WORD PLAY Sentiment (w) #120308 and (c) #120651 sentiment on Whisper White, I then punched it out with the 2-1/2″ Circle Punch #120906 Mounted this to a 3″ circle of Island Indigo, cut with the 3″ Circle Die#122125
The designer paper under that is 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ and matted to a Calypso Coral piece 2-7/8″ x 3-7/8″
The Yellow flag piece across the top is 1″ x 4″ and I flag tailed each end using my 1-14″ Square Punch #119865
Card Base is Cherry Cobbler, 4-1/4″ x 11″ – score and fold at 5-1/2″ designer paper 4″ x 5-1/4″
I cut a second red arrow out and layered it on the sentiment piece with Dimensionals, I also cut out the balloons that are on the sentiment, from the designer paper, and that little blue flag up top on top of the yellow flag….say hello to a new framelit, one of three in a little set called Bitty Banners….You are so going to love this little set…..You know me, I’m a fool for anything that goes through my BIGSHOT!….

NEW CATALOG UPDATE – the other thing I did all weekend, was package up all those catalogs and I was at the post office bright and early this morning, so they are all on their way to you!. Let me know what you think when you get yours!….
